I’m requesting some help with getting a refund for an accidental renewal on my Figma account.
I did not intend to renew the subscription for my SignalHarbor team, and I would appreciate assistance with reversing the recent charge of $21.50 USD for the May 01, 2026 to Jun 01, 2026 billing period. I sent an email to support but do not yet have a response. It’s been over 48hours
I can provide the invoice ID and account details if needed.
