Accidental Approval of Additional Seat – Refund Request

Hi everyone,

I accidentally approved an additional seat on our Pro plan. I removed it immediately after noticing the mistake, and the seat was not used.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to prevent the extra charge, or is contacting billing support the only option in this case?

I would appreciate any advice.
