Hello, I am one user who just found out about this website Figma. 

I was looking around the website and accidentally paid for the plan about 20mins before. Can I please get a refund?

Hey there, welcome to the Figma Forum ! Sorry to hear about the accidental charge!
Just to flag, under Figma's policy, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable as outlined in our Terms of Service: https://www.figma.com/legal/tos/

That said, since this just happened, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team, they'll be able to review your case. (We can’t handle billing issues in the Forum due to security reasons). Please submit a request via our Support Hub. To do that: go to the Support Hub / type "Contact support" / click Start a chat and include your account email and invoice details.

Also please note if you want to cancel your Professional plan subscription:

  1. Using the browser or Figma desktop app, locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
  2. Click  Admin.
  3. Select the  Settings tab.
  4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
  5. Figma will ask you for a cancellation reason. Select the most appropriate reason and click Cancel plan.
