5월 결제분 환불 부탁드립니다.

안녕하세요. 저는 현재 한국에서 디자인과 대학생으로 지내고 있습니다. 지난 달 과제 제출을 위해 피그마에서 상위의 요금제를 결제했습니다. 그런데 이틀 전에 5월달 요금제가 갱신되어 결제되었습니다. 자동 갱신이 되는지 알지 못했습니다. 저는 더 이상 사용하지 않을 계획이고, 돈이 없는 대학생이라 환불해주시면 정말 감사드리겠습니다. 저에게 소중한 돈입니다 ㅜㅜ

Thanks for taking the time to share more about your situation. I can see how this renewal came as a surprise, especially when you were only planning to use the plan for your assignment.

I took a look and can see that you’ve already contacted us through support tickets #1888659 and #1890549 - I’ve added an internal note to help bring a bit more visibility to your case so the team can review your refund request as soon as possible.

In the meantime, if you haven’t already done so, I’d recommend cancelling the subscription to avoid any additional charges while this is being reviewed:
