Resolved after trying the same card on mobile, after about 11 tries though. 
A pretty gruelling experience just to pay to use Figma.

I'm on an educational plan and want to upgrade to a full seat professional plan but the stripe portal fails to authenticate any of my payment options.

Visa, Amex, Mastercard all failed. 

No, international transactions are enabled. I just came back from a trip to Japan, and attended the Tokyo pop-up; the cards work without any hiccup.

Figma AI support wasn’t, well helpful, and thus I’d love to get some support on the forum here. Thanks!
