원하지 않은 dev 월간시트가 등록되었습니다.

저희는 연간 풀 시트를 사용하고 있으며, 월간 dev 시트 사용을 원하지 않습니다.

한 번도 사용하지 않았으며, 환불 요청합니다.

 

An unwanted dev monthly sheet has been registered.

We use the annual full sheet and do not wish to use the monthly dev sheet.

We have never used it and would like to request a refund.

Hi there! Celine from the Community Support team at Figma here. I've gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf so our support team can review your account and your request. For reference, your case number 2016320. (We cannot handle billing issue in the Forum due to security and privacy reasons.)

Our support team is best equipped to review the unexpected monthly Dev seat, explain what happened, and determine what options may be available. Please note that refund requests are generally non-refundable and reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Figma's Terms of Service.

Update: The agent has shared an update, please check your inbox for the full details. As the charge hadn't been processed yet, we have voided the upcoming invoice and removed the monthly Dev Seat for you. We can also confirm that there won't be any charges for the removed Dev Seat now. Please continue the conversation directly via your support case if you have any other additional questions.
