I am sending a follow-up regarding my previous email about the refund request.
I also want to clarify an additional issue. I understood that inviting team members as viewers would not incur extra charges. However, even though I invited them as viewers, the invoice on April 20 shows additional charges, and my plan was changed to include 3 full seats.
Among my team members, only one person was set as a full seat, while the other two were set as viewers only. None of them used any credits or paid features. Therefore, I believe the April 20 invoice is incorrect.
I kindly request the following:
- A full refund for the incorrect charges
- After the refund, I would like to be correctly charged only for the Pro plan + 1 full seat
Additionally, as I mentioned in my previous email, I already canceled my subscription. Please make sure that I am not charged again on May 20.
I am also confused and stressed because despite canceling, it still shows that I am using the Pro plan. I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
