안녕하세요 피그마 구독 취소를 원합니다. 해당 플렌 을 구독 갱신 이후 한번도 사용하지 않은 상황입니다.

저번 구독 취소를 했어야 했었는데 구독 취소 버튼이 어디 있는지 찾지 못해 취소하지 못하던 상황이였습니다.

더이상 구독 원하지 않고, 유료버전은 사용도 안하였습니다.

I understand you haven’t been using your paid plan and would like to cancel your subscription and have the recent charge reviewed.

For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to handle billing issues directly in the forum. That said, I’ve found your tickets (#1882816, #1882034) and added an internal note so our Product Support team has the full context. 

In the meantime, I understand you weren’t able to find the option to cancel your plan earlier - you can follow the steps below to cancel it and help prevent any further charges while your request is being reviewed:

해당 답변을 보기 전에 시트 플랜을 낮추고 구독 취소까진 한 상태입니다. 다만 구독 취소 과정에서 글을 추가로 작성하진 못한 상황입니다. 정상적으로 환불 받을수 있는지 궁금합니다. 계속해서 답변해주셔서 감사합니다.
