I understand you haven’t been using your paid plan and would like to cancel your subscription and have the recent charge reviewed.
For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to handle billing issues directly in the forum. That said, I’ve found your tickets (#1882816, #1882034) and added an internal note so our Product Support team has the full context.
In the meantime, I understand you weren’t able to find the option to cancel your plan earlier - you can follow the steps below to cancel it and help prevent any further charges while your request is being reviewed:
