It sounds like theย account of your student may be in the โ€œVerification Limit Exceededโ€ state. When this happens, the verification process is fully handled by SheerID (our student verification partner). That means only SheerID can reset or clear the verification lock.

Unfortunately, Figma Support isnโ€™t able to manually review documents or override eligibility from our side.

The best next step is to contact SheerID directly through their Help Center here:ย https://support.sheerid.com/en-US/help-center?.ย They typically respond within about 7 business days.ย
