Figma 지원팀에 문의드립니다.

 

최근 Figma 팀의 여러 프로페셔널 풀 시트에 대한 가격은 138.34달러로 청구되었습니다.

저는 이렇게 많은 불만을 제기하지 않았습니다. 해당 팀은 임시 학교 프로젝트를 위해 제작하는 것만으로도 충분한 비용이 드는 것이었습니다.

 문제를 시작하여 팀 설정을 검토하고 로그아웃을 삭제했습니다.

이번 청구 건을 재검토하여 예외적으로 비트 또는 요금을 환불할 수 있는 주실을 조정할 수 있도록 하시겠습니까? 검토해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

 

저는 구독할 금액이 없습니다. 환불처리를 부탁드립니다.

I understand that you were unexpectedly charged $180.97 for several Professional Full seats after inviting collaborators to a team created for a temporary school project, and that you weren't aware those invitations could result in additional paid seats being assigned and billed.
