I hope it’s OK to reply in English. I understand that you’re unable to open your file and can’t find it in the Trash.

Based on the file URL you shared, it seems that this FigJam file has been trashed but not permanently deleted.

Since you have access to multiple teams, you can switch between them in your file browser’s sidebar by clicking the down arrow next to your team name.

Each team has its own Trash, so please double-check by switching to “hjkim-0201's team” and checking the Trash section there.

When searching in Trash, we recommend selecting “Created by anyone” and “All files”, just in case.

Please note that it’s not possible to open files directly from the Trash, but:

• If you have edit access, you can restore the file.

• If you have view access, you can duplicate it to your drafts.

저희는 휴지통으로 이동시킨적이 없는데 갑자기 링크를 눌렀더니 안 열린다고 떠서 휴지통을 찾아봐도 찾을 수가 없습니다. 일방적으로 갑자기 찾을 수 없다고 떠서 방법을 찾다가 이 게시판을 찾게 되었습니다. 빠른 시일 안에 정상 접속이 되게 만들어 주면 좋겠습니다.

Just to clarify — as mentioned in the document I shared above, even if you didn’t move the file to the Trash yourself, anyone with “can edit” access to the file’s parent project can move it to the Trash.

So, if a similar situation happens again, the first thing you can try is to check the Trash of the teams you have access to. Each team has its own Trash, so please switch between teams in your file browser’s sidebar and check there.
