Hey โ€‹@์ž„์ˆ˜ํ˜„, thanks for reaching out!

I'm replying in English, butย please let me know if something is unclear. Happy to clarify!ย

I can see you cancelled or downgraded your plan but still saw a charge come through on July 16.ย

A charge like this can happen for a few different reasons-ย for example, if the cancellation or downgrade was submitted after your billing period had already started, or if there were still active seats on the plan at the time of renewal. Since I can't look into account specifics here on the forum for security reasons, here's the best way to get this sorted:

  1. Head to Admin, then the Billing tab, and check your Invoices table,ย this'll show you exactly what the charge was for and when it was processed.
  2. If it looks off, reach out to our Support team directly through the Support Hub (or the question mark icon in Figma, then "Contact support"). They'll be able to pull up your account and review the charge with you.

For more on how billing works and what can cause unexpected charges, this article is a good one to check: Guide to billing at Figma.

Let me know if you run into any trouble getting to your invoice details, and I'm happy to help point you in the right direction!
