I understand that you’re awaiting an update on your Education plan status and haven’t received a verification email.

Could you confirm if you’ve completed each step outlined in the higher education application process?

1. Log in to Figma using the account you want to verify. If you have a personal email address associated with the account, please update it to your school-issued email address before applying. The email domain must match your educational institution’s domain.
2. Visit the Education status application page.
3. Select Higher Ed as your institution type.
4. Agree to the terms of service.
5. Click Submit.
6. Complete the SheerID form using your school and personal details.

If you completed all the steps above but still haven’t received the verification email, the best next step is to contact SheerID at figmasupport@sheerid.com. Their team can help with email delivery or completing the verification process.
