시트 취소 요청

안녕하세요, 

현재 pro plan pull 시트로 사용중인데, 다음달부터는 사용이 안되도록 구독취소한 상태입니다.

시트를 변경하는 과정 중 Dev 시트를 클릭했는데 다음 달 인보이스에 청구되어있습니다.

이미 풀 시트로 되어있는 상태인데… 요금제 구조에 대해 이해를 못해서 잘못 클릭하였습니다.

확인 후 조치해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

Hey ​@Yewon Kim, thanks for reaching out! I'll be replying in English here, so please let me know if anything doesn't come across clearly and I'm happy to clarify further.

I'm not able to look into account or billing specifics here on the forum for security reasons, so for this one, please submit a request through our Support hub form. Include your invoice ID and a quick note that you meant to keep your existing Full seat but a Dev seat was added by mistake, that'll help the team review it quickly.

In the meantime, here's some general context that might help:

  1. Each seat type gives access to different products, a Full seat covers everything (Figma Design, Figma Make, Dev Mode, Figma Draw, Figma Slides, and FigJam), while a Dev seat covers Dev Mode, Figma Slides, and FigJam, with view and comment access in Figma Design.
  2. You can check and adjust seat assignments any time from the Admin tab, under the People tab, clicking on a person's current seat type lets you change it directly.
