Subject: Request for Refund due to Billing Error (Incorrect Seat Count on Invoice)
Dear Figma Support Team,
I am writing to request a review of a billing error on our recent invoice and a subsequent refund for the overcharged amount.
Our workspace initially purchased and paid for 1 Dev Mode Seat. Later, we added 1 Figma Design Full Seat. Therefore, we only intended to use and have assigned paid permissions to a total of 2 seats (1 Dev Seat and 1 Full Seat).
However, according to our latest invoice, we were billed for 2 Full Seats and 2 Dev Seats, resulting in a total charge of $90. This does not reflect our actual usage or assignment history.
Could you please review our workspace account history, correct the seat counts to 1 Dev Seat and 1 Full Seat, and process a refund for the duplicate/overcharged amount?
