구독 결제 환불 요청 드립니다.

안녕하세요

저는 한 달만 사용할 계획으로 Figma 월간 구독을 신청했습니다. 하지만 갱신일에 맞춰 해지하기전에 어제 제 카드에서 구독 요금이 결제된 것을 확인했습니다. 구독을 계속 이용할 의사가 없었기 때문에, 이번에 결제된 금액을 환불해 주시고 구독도 함께 취소해 주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다.

Hi ​@안녕하세요, thanks for reaching out. I hope it’s okay for me to reply in English.

I understand that you were charged for your plan renewal even though you didn't intend to continue your subscription.

While we are unable to handle billing issues directly here in the forum, I have located your support ticket (#2013586) and I've gone ahead and added an internal note to help give it a bit more visibility.

In the meantime, you can follow the steps below to cancel your plan (if you haven’t already) to help prevent any further charges while your request is being reviewed:

  1. Using the browser or Figma desktop app, locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
  2. Click Admin.
  3. Select the Settings tab.
  4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
  5. Figma will ask you for a cancellation reason. Select the most appropriate reason and click Cancel plan.
