Hey @이봉승 , thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about this unexpected charge.

Just to clarify here, when you cancel a subscription, access usually continues until the end of the current billing period, which may explain why a final charge was applied.

That said, since billing requests involve sensitive account information, our support team is best equipped to look into this for you. Please submit a request via our Support Hub so they can review your case? To do that: go to the Support Hub / type "Contact support for a refund" / click Start a chat and include the details of the charge. Thanks for your patience!

Hi @이봉승, thanks for the screenshot showing where things are getting stuck — that's helpful.

Your request is open with our Product Support team and they will review the charges directly. Your case number is: 1870330. Please keep an eye on the inbox tied to your Figma account for next steps.

In the meantime, this resource may be helpful in the future for managing billing and purchasing AI credits as your needs change: Manage billing on the Professional plan.

Appreciate your patience — we'll get this sorted. 🙏🏻

Hello,
I invited another member to my team to test the feature, but then realized it required a paid subscription.
Since then, we have not used the team or the paid features.
I also did not realize that I was being charged for two seats.
I would like to cancel the subscription and kindly request a refund if possible.
I would really appreciate your understanding and consideration.
Thank you.

Hey @mannal , thanks for explaining the situation. I was able to locate your support ticket, and the support team will take a closer look at the subscription and seat charges for you.

To cancel your Professional plan subscription:

1. Using the browser or Figma desktop app, locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
2. Click  Admin.
3. Select the  Settings tab.
4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
5. Figma will ask you for a cancellation reason. Select the most appropriate reason and click Cancel plan.

You can find more information on downgrading your Professional Plan on our Help Center.

Since this involves billing history, workspace usage, and account-specific details, the team will be best equipped to review whether any adjustment or refund may be possible in your case.

Please note that under Figma’s Terms of Service, payments are generally non-refundable: https://www.figma.com/legal/tos/.
However, the support team will review your specific situation directly and follow up with you by email as soon as they can. Thanks again for your patience in the meantime!

Quick update: the support team has reviewed your case and sent you a reply!
Please check your inbox and continue the conversation directly there, as they're best equipped to help with the details of your specific case. I'll go ahead and close this thread here as all the requests in this thread have been addressed, thank you!
