환불요청합니다.

2월 26일에 5달러 결제되었는데 갑자기 15달러 청구가 되었어요.
저는 구독을 취소했기 때문에 금액이 결제가 되면 안됩니다.

팀에 인원을 추가하려 했지만, 추가금액이 발생한다고하여 혼자서 프로젝트를 해야했습니다.

환불해주세요

Just to clarify here, when you cancel a subscription, access usually continues until the end of the current billing period, which may explain why a final charge was applied.

That said, since billing requests involve sensitive account information, our support team is best equipped to look into this for you. Please submit a request via our Support Hub so they can review your case? To do that: go to the Support Hub / type "Contact support for a refund" / click Start a chat and include the details of the charge.Thanks for your patience!

Hello,
I invited another member to my team to test the feature, but then realized it required a paid subscription.
Since then, we have not used the team or the paid features.
I also did not realize that I was being charged for two seats.
I would like to cancel the subscription and kindly request a refund if possible.
I would really appreciate your understanding and consideration.

Hey ​@mannal , thanks for explaining the situation. I was able to locate your support ticket, and the support team will take a closer look at the subscription and seat charges for you.

To cancel your Professional plan subscription:

  1. Using the browser or Figma desktop app, locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
  2. Click  Admin.
  3. Select the  Settings tab.
  4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
  5. Figma will ask you for a cancellation reason. Select the most appropriate reason and click Cancel plan.

You can find more information on downgrading your Professional Plan on our Help Center.

Since this involves billing history, workspace usage, and account-specific details, the team will be best equipped to review whether any adjustment or refund may be possible in your case.

Please note that under Figma’s Terms of Service, payments are generally non-refundable: https://www.figma.com/legal/tos/.
