我写这个申诉是为了申请退还一笔因团队意外增加席位而产生的费用。

,我们的账户被扣ches了 [填入扣费金额],原因是系统自动增加了编辑者席位。这是因为团队成员在操作时不小心获得了编辑权限,触发了自动升级,这并非我们的本意。

我们目前已经撤销了这些额外的编辑权限,并调整了团队角色,以确保未来不会再发生类似情况。由于这些席位是误操作添加的,且并未实际投入工作使用,恳请贵方能够退还这笔额外的费用。

Include your billing/invoice ID and a brief timeline of what happened (the same details you shared here), and our support team will follow up with you directly.

In the meantime, here's some general context that might help:

  1. How seat charges work, when a member's permissions change and this triggers a seat type upgrade (for example, moving from a Collab seat to a Full seat), the new seat is added and billed for the remainder of your current billing period. You can find a full breakdown in Manage billing on the Professional plan.
  2. Reviewing seat types, you can check and adjust everyone's current seat type any time from Admin > People in your team's file browser. More detail here: Manage seats in Figma.
  3. Preventing this going forward, to stop unintended seat upgrades from happening again, you can set seat approval settings so that any new seat requests need manual admin approval rather than being applied automatically. Steps are in Set approval settings for new seats.
