請求書のダウンロード画面が見当たらない

すでに数カ月前にプランを解約済みのです。

法人の決算にあたって、経理作業が必要なのですが、

過去の請求履歴を見ることができないアプリケーションに初めて遭遇して困惑しています。

一度解約すると、もう請求書は二度と手に入らないのでしょうか?

Hey ​@kemkme , thank you for your message!  (Just to note, please let me write in English here as I don’t speak Japanese.)

I understand the concern. Even though you cancelled your plan a few months ago, your past invoices are not lost. They are simply no longer visible in the product after cancellation when you downgrade to a free Starter plan.

I’ve gone ahead and create support ticket on your behalf, so our Support team can provide your previous invoices. For reference, your ticket number is 1614174/ Please check your inbox when you have a moment (exxxt@kxxxxxs.cxxm). If they need any additional details to verify account ownership, they will ask you directly in that case. Once confirmed, they will send the invoices you need for your company’s invoice. Thank you!
