I can see you're in the same situation as the original poster. Your Figma account is tied to a former company email that's no longer active, so you can't receive the verification code to log in.
Here's what to check first:
1. Do you have email forwarding set up? If your old company email is still forwarding messages to a personal address, you can reset your password to bypass the login flow and then update your email address yourself under account settings. 2. No forwarding? No problem, our support team can manually update the email on your account after verifying your ownership. This is the path most people in this situation end up taking, and it does get resolved.
