Education plan has AI enabled and other members can use AI, but my admin account cannot see “Rename layers with AI” in Figma Design command menu. My account has edit access to all projects and files.

    This definitely sounds odd. Were you able to see the Rename layers AI tool previously? Is this occurring in all file for you or just one file in particular? 

    If it is one file in particular, are you able to share a URL link? With the direct link, I can take a closer look at the file’s project/team to determine what may be causing this issue. If it is happening in all files, we’ll be able to better identify our next troubleshooting steps.

    Hi ​@Fangzaijin, thanks for providing a file link and confirming this is happening across all your files!
     

    From what I can see, you are an Admin with a full seat for this file’s team, so this appears to be isolated to your account specifically. Before we escalate, it may be worth checking a few quick things:

    1. Sign out and back into Figma completely, then recheck the command menu.
    2. Try a different browser or the Figma desktop app to rule out any client-side caching issue.

    3. Check if a newer version of Figma is available:

    • macOS: Click Figma in the top menu bar, then select Check for Updates…

    • Windows: Click the downward caret icon ⌄ next to the window controls (minimize/maximize) in the top-left or top-right corner, and select Check for Updates... from the drop-down menu. You can also access this via Help > Check for updates
