我无法更新或重新发布基于ai生成的figma文件

界面显示： something went wrong,refresh and try again.

三天前我还是可以发布该文件的，从昨天开始就一直发布失败，所有文件都不能发布了。我有尝试过重新登陆以及下载桌面端，但仍然不管用。

The interface shows: "something went wrong, refresh and try again."
Three days ago, I was still able to publish the file, but since yesterday, all publishing attempts have failed. I cannot publish any files now. I have tried logging out and back in, as well as downloading the desktop app, but none of these solutions worked.

Hi ​@洪佳琪, thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delayed reply!

I do not speak Chinese, so I hope it’s okay that I’m replying in English. I completely understand how something that was working a few days ago that suddenly stops working would disrupt your workflow.

From what you’ve provided, it isn’t clear which Figma product you were using. May I ask if you were using Figma Make?
We had a service disruption in Figma Make right around the time you created this topic: https://status.figma.com/incidents/8c2c9s4w0p0k

If so, have things cleared up on their own? And if you weren’t using Figma Make, please confirm which product you were using, so we can work through this together.
