Hi @lijinyan, Celyn from Figma Community Support here.
Thanks for reaching out, I hope it’s alright for me to reply in English.
Just a heads up that I've removed the screenshot attached to your post to help protect your privacy, as it contained personal information associated with your account.
I took a look at the invoice you shared, and it appears that the additional $18.06 appears to be a prorated charge for your existing Professional Full seat.
Prorated charges can occur when a seat is active for part of a billing period but wasn't included on a previous invoice. In those cases, the outstanding amount is added to a later invoice. Based on the invoice details you've provided, this appears to be expected billing behavior.
For privacy and security reasons, we're unable to review individual billing details here on the forum, so I've gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf — #1973945.
Please keep an eye on your inbox, and if you have any additional questions, feel free to continue the conversation directly through your support ticket.
What does this sentence mean “Prorated charges can occur when a seat is active for part of a billing period but wasn't included on a previous invoice. In those cases, the outstanding amount is added to a later invoice. Based on the invoice details you've provided, this appears to be expected billing behavior. ” I don't quite understand.
Hi @lijinyan, I believe the confusion is that the invoice shows two charges related to the same Professional Full seat.
To help clarify, the $20.00 charge is for your current Professional Full seat. The $18.06 prorated charge is a separate partial charge for that same seat that was carried over from an earlier billing period. It is not a charge for an additional seat, but rather an outstanding amount that was not included on a previous invoice.
As we're unable to review the detailed billing history from the Community Forum, the Billing team will be able to provide a more detailed breakdown of how that prorated amount was calculated on your support ticket.
Regarding your second question, I believe you may be referring to your invoices, but please let me know if you're referring to something else.
