Here's what's likely happening with the top title bar interactions not responding in a mobile browser: when you open a prototype link in a mobile browser, Figma shows your design inside a normal browser window. So the browser's own address bar and toolbar stay on screen (usually at the top or bottom). You can read more in our Help Center article on viewing prototypes on a mobile device.
The Figma app doesn't have that browser UI, which is likely why the same interaction works there. If your viewers don't need to open this specifically in a browser, playing the prototype in the Figma app would avoid that overlap.
It's also worth checking what trigger is set on that top hotspot. Is it On click/On tap, or Mouse down/Mouse up? These can behave a little differently on touch devices, so if yours is set to Mouse down/Mouse up, try switching to On click/On tap and testing again in the mobile browser.
