Hope you enjoyed hanging out with us for another Release Notes livestream!
Keyboard shortcuts for boolean ops
We've added keyboard shortcuts for your favorite boolean operations so you can create custom shapes even faster. Press ⌥⬆ (Mac) or Alt+⬆ (PC) along with with U to unify your selection, S to subtract it, I to intersect it, E to exclude it, and F to flatten it. If you're used to using ⌘E for Flatten, don't worry – it will still work!

Figma Slides: now with plugins
Insert an icon, generate a gradient, or time your presentation with one of many plugins, now available in Figma Slides.

Diagramming in FigJam
Diagramming in FigJam just got more powerful. We introduced:
- New shapes sidebar for easy browsing, including a new recents section for recently used shapes
- More shapes for developers
- Set your stroke color independent of fill color for shapes and sections
- Movable connector labels
Lock background only in FigJam
You can now lock just the section background, allowing you to move and edit the objects inside without affecting the section itself. Or you choose to lock an entire section, including all the objects within it, to keep everything perfectly in place.

Slack Notification Updates
Figma admins can now approve seat requests directly in Slack, with a new notification center that lets Slack users customize which Figma notifications they receive.
File View History
Starting this week, see when teammates and invited guests last visited your Figma files, helping you track engagement and keep projects moving forward.
