We're thrilled to announce that Figma's AI agent is launching in closed beta starting May 20th! 🎉 Built directly into the Figma Design canvas, it works with your design system, components, and team context to help you move faster and do your best work.

Here's what you can do with it:
- Explore more directions — generate multiple layout options, try style variations, convert screens to dark mode, all using your existing design system
- Cut down on busywork — bulk-edit layers, fill designs with realistic copy and images, apply components and variables at scale
- Get more out of feedback — summarize comments, get feedback from different POVs, turn suggestions into action

🔑 Who has access?
The beta is rolling out to Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans (Starter, Education, and Government plans are not included in this beta).
- Full seat holders: access in project files and drafts
- Collab and Dev seat holders: access in drafts only
- View seats: not included in this beta
The agent is free to use during the beta period. AI credits will apply when it reaches general availability — we'll give you plenty of notice before that changes.
