Urgent Request: Audit Logs for Deleted Files Activity

Hello Figma Support Team,

We require an urgent investigation regarding file deletion activities performed by the user REDACTED

We would like to obtain detailed audit logs and activity records related to:

  • File deletions (Drafts, Projects, Teams, and Shared Files)
  • Permanent deletions, if applicable
  • File ownership changes
  • File transfer activities
  • Project or team removal actions
  • Timestamps (UTC and local timezone if available)
  • IP addresses associated with the activities
  • Device/browser information used during the actions
  • Any recovery options available for the deleted files

User Email: REDACTED

Priority: Critical / Business Impacting

We are currently investigating missing design assets and need to determine whether files were deleted, transferred, or otherwise modified by this user.

Please provide:

  1. Complete activity logs for the specified user.
  2. Details of all deleted files and projects.
  3. Recovery options for deleted content.
  4. Any additional audit information available under our subscription plan.

This request is business critical and requires immediate attention.
