Subscribtion Cost

I wanted additional credits only for one of the month and now figma is charging me for every month by default. How can I reset to only my base sub plan and not additional credits. I haven’t used any credits since last 2 months and being billed (for additional 2000 credits), whereas my base plan already offers me 3000 credit points.

    I've opened a support ticket on your behalf ( Ticket #1979819) so our team can take a closer look at the charges on your account. You should receive an email shortly with your ticket reference, keep an eye on your inbox and reply there with any details requested.
    In the meantime, if you'd like to stop the AI credits subscription from renewing further, you can cancel it by following the steps in Manage AI credits.
