Refund Request: Accidental Renewal (Now using Figma via Corporate Account)

Hi.

I’m writing because I just saw an automatic annual renewal charge on my account about an hour ago...

To be honest, I completely forgot to cancel this because I’ve been using Figma exclusively through my company’s corporate account lately. I have no need for a personal paid plan anymore and haven't used this specific account for any work since the charge happened.

Since the payment was processed literally just an hour ago, could you please help me cancel this subscription and issue a full refund? It would be a huge help to me.

I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you!

Hi @Justin Ji , Celine from Figma here, happy to assist! Thanks for reaching out and explaining the situation. I understand how this can happen, especially if you’ve recently been using a company workspace instead of your personal account!

For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to review or make billing changes directly here in the Forum. I’m going to send you a DM shortly with the secure form you’ll need to contact our support team so they can review your case in detail and advise on the next steps. Thank you for your understanding!

In the meantime, you can find information on downgrading your Professional Plan on our Help Center. Here are the instructions to cancel your Professional plan subscription:

  1. Using the browser or Figma desktop app, locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
  2. Click  Admin.
  3. Select the  Settings tab.
  4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
  5. Figma will ask you for a cancellation reason. Select the most appropriate reason and click Cancel plan.

Update: I see in the backend that the support team has solved your issue. I’ve gone ahead and closed the topic here, thank you!
