I can see you've shared an invoice in this thread. Just a heads up that for privacy and security reasons, we're not able to look into or action billing requests here on the public forum. 

Before I point you in the right direction: was this charge unexpected, or were you aware the renewal was coming up and just forgot to make changes beforehand? That'll help make sure you're directed to the right next steps.

In the meantime, if you have seats on your Pro plan that are no longer needed, you can move those users to a free View seat at any time. That helps avoid charges for unused seats going forward. The Manage billing on the Professional plan article has a full walkthrough on how seat management works.

To get your billing query reviewed by the right team, please submit a request via the Figma support contact form, our support team will be able to look into your account and advise on next steps from there.
