Reduce Professional Plan to 1 Seat and Transfer Unused Seat Value

Hello Figma Support Team, 
I am writing to request a manual adjustment to our Professional plan billing configuration. We currently have a 2-seat plan, but we need to reduce it to a 1-seat plan. 
Here are our specific account allocations: 

1. Active Seat (To Keep): (redacted by the moderator due to PII)
2. Unused Seat (To Remove): (redacted by the moderator due to PII)

The account associated with (redacted by the moderator due to PII)is no longer being utilized as an editor. We would like to formally remove this second seat from our plan moving forward. 

Additionally, since the value/credits for this second seat have gone unused, we kindly request that any remaining monetary credits or prorated balances from this seat be forwarded and applied directly to our remaining active account (redacted by the moderator due to PII) as a billing credit. 

Please let me know if you need any additional verification details to process this change.
