I’m currently trying to transfer my design from Figma to Tilda using a third-party integration, but I’ve encountered API rate limits (possibly related to my IP or plan restrictions).
Could you please clarify a few things for me:

If I upgrade to the $20/month plan, will this remove or significantly increase the API limitations that are blocking my design transfer?

Are these limits tied to my IP address, or strictly to my account plan?

If I purchase the plan and it does not solve my issue (specifically for exporting my design to Tilda), would I be eligible for a refund?
I only need this upgrade temporarily to complete the transfer, so understanding this in advance would really help.
