Success story Unsuccessful way

I have updated my plan, and the payment has already been deducted from my account; however, my account is still showing as 'Free'.

What you’re describing usually happens when the payment is applied to a different team/workspace than the one you’re currently viewing.

To help narrow this down, could you check the following:

  • When you click on “All projects” in your file browser, do you see multiple teams listed?
  • If yes, do any of those show a “Professional” label next to the team name?

That should help us figure out where the upgrade was applied. Let me know what you find and I’ll help you from there!
