Not getting any account setup email

I am not getting any setup link, checked junk and spam, I just keep getting this: 

 

Click on the link we sent to [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] to finish your account setup.

    I understand that you’re having trouble receiving the account setup email and aren’t seeing the setup link, even after checking your junk and spam folders.
