Major Developments

What kind of customer service is this? 
We were using Figma for the corporate for a long time. Once we cancel the subscription, we lost all this information and access to previous bills. 
We submitted a request, but they were no feedback for a week what so ever. This is so unprofessional. No options to contact an operator! Left to speak with a useless bot. 

Worst experience ever.

Hi,

Thank you for your message. I do not have any further questions at this stage.

However, I am concerned about the lack of response, as it has been over a week without any updates or even an acknowledgment that our request has been received and is being processed.

We are currently under time pressure from our finance team, as they need to close the year, and at this point, I do not have any information to share with them. We require three invoices, but so far nothing has been provided.

I’m really sorry for the lack of updates, especially given the time pressure you’re under with your finance team. 

I can see the support team is already in the process of gathering the three invoices. I’ve flagged this internally as urgent and asked the team to prioritise it so this gets resolved as quickly as possible.
