I recently got my figma to upgrade to educational plan, but still it shows 0 AI credits , as it's emergency as i wanted to submit my project to night, i want AI credit immedietly.

I checked in on this, and our Product Support team was able to respond to your case before I got to your post. Please check your inbox for their reply on ticket: 1960665 — they'll have the specifics and next steps on what's happening with your credit balance.

Hi ​@Tom Reem , Thank you for your response.

I would like to confirm that my account was successfully upgraded to the Figma Education Plan last Friday. However, despite the upgrade, my AI balance is still showing 0 credits.

As mentioned in the documentation and support response, Education Plan users should receive 3,000 AI credits per month.

This is extremely urgent for me, as I am currently working on an academic project that must be completed and submitted tonight. Access to the AI credits is essential for me to finish the required work before the deadline.

Could you please investigate this issue and restore or assign the AI credits to my account as soon as possible?

Thank you for your time and assistance. I would greatly appreciate an expedited review of this issue.

I took a look at your support ticket, and our support team has confirmed that the 3,000 AI credits included with your Education Plan have actually been fully used up (which is why your balance is showing 0). To continue using AI features beyond that, you'd need to upgrade to a Professional plan with a Full seat.

I know you're up against a tight deadline, so I'd encourage you to keep the conversation going directly through your support case. The team there has full visibility into your account details and can walk you through your options as quickly as possible. Good luck with your project!

Thank you for your response. I understand that my previous 3,000 AI credits have been fully used.

However, my institute renewed my Figma Education Plan again last Friday, and my account access has been restored. The issue is that my AI balance still shows 0 credits despite the recent renewal, which is the main concern.

This is quite urgent, as I have already requested a two-day extension for my project submission and need to complete it by tomorrow. Could you please check whether the renewal should have refreshed my AI credits or if there is any way to restore them at the earliest?

I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.

Thank you for the update and for looking into this issue.

I wanted to kindly follow up as this has become quite urgent. My Education plan was renewed last Friday, and my AI credit balance is still showing as 0 credits, which appears to be an issue with my account.

I have an important project submission deadline and was granted only a short extension to complete it. At the moment, I’m unable to proceed with my work because I don't have access to the AI credits that are included with my Education plan.

I would sincerely appreciate it if the team could prioritize my case and restore my AI credits as soon as possible, considering the deadline emergency. Your prompt assistance would make a significant difference and help me complete my project on time.
