I’m currently researching how healthcare and diagnostic centers can improve their online booking and patient experience through better UI/UX design. Many imaging facilities now allow patients to schedule scans online, but the process often feels confusing and outdated.
For example, while exploring options for an MRI Test in Lahore, I noticed that some diagnostic centers are starting to improve their digital experience and make test booking easier for patients. One example I came across was Alnoor Diagnostic Centre, which seems to focus on making medical testing information accessible online.
