Help for existing subscription cancel and help for data/user migration into Group account

Dear Team,

I need help regarding an existing account cancelation. I don’t know who is our sales rep.

Our company name is MMS Communications Hungary Kft - Publicis Groupe Budapest. 

Our existing account is Organization level. But we need to move all of our users and existing data into our Group Account which is Enterprise. I need to contact with those people who can help to cancel or shift can be happen before the renewal of existing account subscription - I’m not sure how to can be done technically.
