Figma has made its choice. Instead of using AI to help Persona 1 (the Designer) upskill and test complex UX logic, they’ve prioritized PMs and Developers.
In my company, the result is already visible: everyone on the product team is now using "Figma Make" to generate prototypes. These screens look polished, but they have no meaning—they don't solve real problems and they lack a designer’s footprint.
Such a shame Figma hasn’t empowered us, the designer with AI!
