DEVA PRADEEP REDDY CHIDIPUDI

Hi September month I have started premium and I have selected auto-pay from card after month account got suspended because of payment issues, after suspended I have seen old mails auto pay was not detected 

Could you help me to reactivate my account

@Tom Reem hi! I'm having the same problem. My payment didn’t go through. I need to change my bank details, but I can’t access my main account because it’s suspended. My ticket number is 1618670. What should I do in this situation?
