I understand that you’re currently a university student and that your student verification expired. You’ve tried to re-verify several times, but you’re now seeing a retry limit message and can’t complete the verification.

I recommend  to contact SheerID directly via the Contact Form to submit an appeal, along with any additional documentation. Their team will review your request and determine whether your status can be approved. Please note that Figma isn’t able to review documents or confirm individual eligibility.

If you’ve already submitted additional documents and were told that SheerID couldn’t process them, please reply directly to their message and CC education@figma.com so the Figma for Education team can take a closer look. I hope this gets resolved quickly, thanks for your patience.
