Thanks for reaching out. Please let me reply in English that we currently support.
Based on my understanding, are you unable to change the text size on the web app? I tested it on my end using the Chrome browser, and it seems to be functioning correctly. Could you please share a video recording so that we can attempt to reproduce the issue on our end?
