I’m on Organization and trying to use Transfer from a workspace that still shows All projects to a destination team on Professional that shows All folders. The destination URL validates and shows verified, but after I select Request transfer, I get: ‘You cannot transfer to this organization at this moment. Please contact support for more details.’ The item contains three design files, and this happens in the browser and the desktop app.

    I understand you’re unable to transfer your project from your Organization workspace to a Professional team and are seeing an error when requesting the transfer.

    Hello there !

    It seems I have the same issue.
    I want to transfer a project from an education team to a professionnal team.

    I’m the owner for both accounts.

    But while asking to transfer, the same notification is popping.
