Will removing a member from a team and inviting them to edit individual files affect the monthly billing?

I invited a member to the team, he now has all team permissions and can edit any file, but I want to change him to only view and edit some files.

The current approach seems to be to remove him from the team and invite him to edit in individual files, but will this affect the monthly billing?
