What is the difference ? 
Why it exists when there is native fetch?

In both fetch, the request is performed in the user machine (the desktop Figma app where a plugin is running ) or it’s proxied to an internal Figma server ?

In case it’s proxied , is there a list of known Figma IP address to use as whitelist?
