I checked on our side, and there aren’t any known issues that should impact access to design at the moment. To help narrow this down, could you share a bit more detail on:
- which product you’re using (e.g. Figma Design, Figma Draw, or Figma Make...) and what steps lead up to the issue
- whether you’re seeing any specific error messages
- and what device and operating system you’re running (and if it meets the minimum requirements for Figma).
