At first glance, from the Design tab in the Auto layout section, it looks like it might be because you have Auto layout set to wrap the text.

If playing with your Auto layout settings doesn’t help, are you able to share a link to your file, so we can take a closer look at your layers?

I would check to make sure that your text layer’s width is set to Hug and not Fixed or Fill
