Why don't I have permission to use UI3?

I like UI3 very much, but I have been waiting for a long time and have not received any invitation to use UI3. When is the latest time I can be allowed to use UI3?

UI3 is now rolling out gradually to all users—regardless of waitlist status, plan, or seat type. Unfortunately, I am not able to share a specific timeline with you when you’ll be granted with UI3 and I don’t have any explicit power to help out.
However, we are rolling these out to individuals over the coming months, so please stay tuned!
