Why did remove the component name copy?

I remember a long time ago I was able to just double click for editing here, and I was able to not only just type in the name I wanted, but I was able to just copy the current name. Whereas now I can only get that name through some screen ORC.

As well as the fonts as well, I used to be able to copy on them, now they don’t even work.

I see it’s an instance that’s why you are unable to copy/edit the name.
If you select the component, it works.

Yes, but in previous versions it seemed to be a search bar function, so it could be edited as well.

Hmmm… May be I never noticed.
I usually use Layers Pane to Edit/Copy Instance Names

is an option. But layer names can be modified.

And this is the same problem as with fonts, I don’t see why Figma would make such a change.
