Hi,
I'm quite new to Figma, I've always had the free account but the other day I decided to create a new team and make it professional.  Now I have created projects (folders) and inside these folders I want to add files (design file) as you can do in the free version. But I create a design file and it says the following: “You can share and move your drafts in Figma Design for up to 3 days while waiting for an admin to review your seat upgrade request.” But I don't understand, if I bought the Professional license why can't I do it if I should be the administrator…

Do I have to buy the Full seat? What happens if I have already paid for the collab seat?

Thank you!

Hi @Helenazr , Thank you for reaching out about this.

I see that you currently have one Collaboration seat on your Professional team.

A Collaboration seat includes view and comment access in Figma design files. If you want to create and edit Figma designs, you will need a Full seat, which provides complete access to Figma design. You can check the details here: Updates to Figma's Pricing, Seats, and Billing Experience.

It appears you've already submitted a support ticket regarding this matter, and one of our specialists is currently looking into it for you. So, please continue your conversation with them directly. They'll be able to help you out best with this particular one.

Thanks again for reaching out!
